Kicking the exclusion

Through football, the project aims to guarantee children with disabilities growth and integration, identifying in this sport a tool for socialisation and integration which through fun and training can lead to improvements in psycho-physical health, personal satisfaction and more generally to the quality of life of the athletes.

Together with EcoEridania to support Insuperabili Onlus, a football school for boys and girls with physical-motor disabilities

Kicking the exclusion

There are many young people who take up football, but very few who achieve outstanding results. These include children with cognitive, relational, emotional, behavioural, physical, motor and sensory difficulties. For them, football is not just a sport, but an opportunity for growth and integration.

These are the objectives pursued by Insuperabili Onlus, an association dedicated to bridging the gap between sport and disability by promoting the practice of sport among these children through football schools throughout Italy.

EcoEridania, Italy's leading company in the collection, transport, storage and disposal of medical and industrial waste, has decided to support them thanks to donations from its employees, suppliers and friends.

Mitsubishi Electric has always believed in sport as a tool for social integration and inclusion. We have decided to contribute to the expansion of Insuperabili's facilities in Italy, to help expand their network of football schools. We want to bring more and more people with disabilities closer to the sport because difficulties can be overcome by training the skills and resources of these children and young people.
