Mitsubishi Electric nominated “Company for Good 2022”
The award is the result of a long-term collaboration that sees Mitsubishi Electric strongly committed to support the association's mission, promoting its activities to allow people with autism spectrum disorders to live at the best their daily lives
“Company for Good 2022” ('Impresa per bene 2022') is the title of merit attributed to our company from Fondazione Renato Piatti for supporting its own projects and initiatives including the campaign #OLTREIL2APRILE (beyond 2nd of April)
We are 'Company for good 2022', the title of merit that Fondazione Renato Piatti has decided to award to all companies, and therefore also to Mitsubishi Electric, who over the past year have supported the association, taking part in specific initiatives and projects in favor of people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and young mental disorders.
Among the activities carried out by our company, concrete support for the tele-rehabilitation project born in 2020, in full pandemic, 'TOC TOC'.
Today, our commitment to Fondazione Renato Piatti continues with the #OLTREIL2APRILE campaign, to raise awareness and outreach of the topic of autism, a disorder that affects approximately 600,000 people in Italy.
That is why we have become spokespeople, even among our employees and collaborators, of 'Giulia’s Decalogue' (Decalogo di Giulia), or the 10 things a child with autism would want to say and do with simplicity, to show what she feels and what she needs.
