At Mitsubishi Electric, we believe it is crucial to link the world of industry with the world of education, showing talent who are approaching a career in the industry what their professional life could be after finishing their studies. 

A vision that we share with ANIPLA, the Italian National Association for Automation, which aims to foster and spread in Italy the knowledge, study and application of automation considering it in its technological, economic and social aspects. ANIPLA wants to contribute to the continuous development of technological culture in the country and to its inclusion in the national context. 

The Association is an important reference point for young graduates and future Engineers, and for 2022 has activated a series of meetings between undergraduate and graduate students and the world of industry.

We at Mitsubishi Electric took part in four of these moments, where we were able to convey our values and guiding principles to young people from universities throughout Italy, while also giving space for career counseling and coming across new ideas and great enthusiasm from the key players in the automation world of tomorrow.
